2. Limited Server-Side Processing
A small number of our tools require server-side processing to function due to technical limitations of web browsers (for example, converting from proprietary formats like HEIC). These tools are clearly marked, and our privacy commitment extends to them.
- Data Handling: When you use a server-side tool, your file is securely uploaded to our server solely for the purpose of conversion or processing.
- Strict Data Retention Policy: We do not store your files. All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the processing is complete. Your file exists on our server only for the few seconds it takes to convert.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not create user accounts, and we do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or IP address in our standard operations. You can use our services anonymously.
